Caught In The Crowd - Chapter 4: Come Find Me.

The silver phone rang at 4:00 in the morning. I hadn't fallen asleep yet but I was so close. Nice timing Justin.

"Hi?" I mumbled into the speaker. 

"I woke you up, didn't I?" His voice predicted. 

I rubbed my eyes. "Nah, I pulled and all-nighter."

"Did Jazz keep you up?" He asked with a small laugh.

I smiled slightly. "No, she fell asleep at 7:00 and only woke up twice or something."

"Well that's lucky. Normally, she's up and down all night. It drives my step-mom up the wall." He told me and laughed.

I laughed softly. "So when you told me you'd call later, I didn't think you meant at four in the morning."

He chuckled. "Yeah sorry, but she can come with me now. Wake her up now and where do you live?"

I quickly told him my address and blinked sleepily. What did he mean Jazmyn drove people up the wall? He was driving me up the wall.

"Okay, cool. I'll be there in like ten minutes or something. Bye (YN)" He said, sounding happy.

"Bye Bieber." I mumbled.

"Justin." He corrected with a small laugh and then hung up.

I dropped the phone down on my bed and gently nudged Jazmyn. "Jazmyn, your brother's here." I whispered.

It took me nearly ten minutes to get her fully awake. She put her pink jumper on while the phone started ringing again. I quickly pulled a pale blue hoodie on and grabbed for the phone.

"Hello?" I asked quietly, now fully awake.

"I'm at your front door." He told me blankly and then hung up.

I sighed and kept the phone in my hand while I picked Jazmyn up. "Come on sweetheart." I whispered and silently went to the front door.

It creaked a tiny little bit but I sighed in relief when I heard no one get up. There was a small bit of purple paper on the doorstep. I sighed, shut the door behind me and picked the paper up.

"What's that?" Jazmyn asked.

"It says: Jazmyn let's play a game. Hide and seek. I'll give you a clue to where I am. The skatepark on Williams Street. Love Justin." I read out to her and she smiled.

"I love hide and seek." She said and giggled a little.

I smiled. "Okay Jazz, let's go find your brother."

I reached back inside and grabbed my phone and keys off the small table beside the front door. I silently shut the door behind me and set off to the skatepark. It was only five or so minutes away from my house.

Once we got there, Jazmyn spotted another piece of paper taped the railing of the concrete steps. "What does that one say?" She asked excitedly.

It says: This one is for (YN). The flowers to your left may reflect the colors of the sky. Inside these flowers there's another clue for you to find. Where to start and what colored flower should you chose. The answer to your problem is inside this very clue." I read slowly.

I looked to my left. He had a point. There was so many different colored flowers it wasn't funny. I looked back at the paper. 'The flowers to your left may reflect the collude of the sky'. Colors of the sky…

I looked up. The sky was orange. "Wanna help me find the clue Jazmyn?" She nodded eagerly so I put her on the ground. "Look in the orange flowers." I told her and we ran into the flowers, searching around for a purple piece of paper.

"(YN), I found it!" Jazmyn exclaimed, holding up a purple piece of paper.

I picked her up and rested her on my hip. "Go Jazmyn, hi-five." I said and she slapped her little hand against mine.

"Can you read it, please?." She said excitedly.

"It says: You'll find me where I lost Jazmyn." I read slowly.

"Justin where all the screaming girls were?" She asked.

I nodded. "Yeah Jazz, he's where the screaming girls were." I told her with a smile.
